T’Beast from East

A cold snap strikes Cafe Twitch, with our seventh snowfall this winter.

The birds on the feeders look to the food provided to get them through this spell.

The snow fall is heavy on Highcliffe

and on the Moor.

Distant Sleddale is almost in white out conditions.

And the Red Grouse fly to search for food.

The path up to Belmangate is prodigious in snowfall, due to drifting.

For never-resting time leads summer on
To hideous winter and confounds him there;
Sap cheque’d with frost and lusty leaves quite gone,
Beauty o’ersnow’d and bareness every where:
