The fairest flowers of the season

Sir, the year growing ancient,
Not yet on summer’s death, nor on the birth
Of trembling winter, the fairest
flowers o’ the season

The Winter’s Tale IV iv

This is the start of the Jasmine bush flowering into white magnificence

If you recall the preschool song about the Rainbow, here we go around the garden (I don’t know the name of the flowers!)

I always thought that the rainbow was

Richard (red)

Of (orange)

York (yellow)

Gave (green)

Battle (blue)

In (indigo)

Vain (violet)

So art vs science vs acroymns. You choose.
